TAKAT 50.07 M4.1

The rotary screw compressors are volumetric machines, horizontal, single-stage, oil-injected, driven by an electric motor via flexible coupling. The compressor includes a casing, primary and secondary rotors, radial thrust bearings and seals.
Oil, being constantly injected into a working cavity during the compression process, performs several functions: filling the gaps between the rotors and the casing; cooling the gas during compression; lubricating the rotors in place of contact.

The basic models can be modified in accordance with the customer requirements.

DESIGN FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES

  • Rotors with high performance profile and optimum teeth number ratio
  • Components (bearings, friction pair of seals, coarse and fine filters, separators, filters-coalescers, etc.) from the leading manufacturers
  • Availability of spool-type performance regulators
  • Separate lubrication of bearings, seals and oil injection system  allows compression of corrosive gases
  • Low discharge temperature (below 110 °C) at high compression ratio (up to 15-17)
  • Low rotation speed (mostly 3000 rpm) provides less noise
  • Block-container version shortens commissioning works
