Compressors for Methyl Chloride

Methyl chloride (also called chloromethane, CH3Cl) is a chemical gaseous compound, heavier than air, colorless, with mildly sweet odor; highly flammable and toxic. It is condenses into a liquid at -23.7 °C.

Methyl chloride is widely used in production of synthetic rubber and various polymers, in industrial refrigeration systems, oil refining, pharmaceutical industry.
